Expression of Interest are invited for Retrospective Evaluation of a Health Project.
As part of its retrospective evaluations, the French Development Agency (AFD) evaluates, after completion, the projects and programs it finances. AFD wishes to recruit a consultancy firm for the retrospective evaluation of the project to support the implementation of the national strategies for the management of medical emergencies and the management of end-stage renal disease, completed in 2015. "Emergencies and Transplants" project extended and capitalized the Priority Solidarity Funds for Emergency Support and Management of Kidney Failure implemented by the French SAMU and the Biomedicine Agency since 1999.

A consulting firm with significant experience is sought, preferably in Morocco, in its region or in similar countries, in the following areas:

- Project evaluations;

- development cooperation;

- Health sector in Morocco and more particularly on the management of kidney failure and transplantation.
