Monaco: holiday setting: a commercial premises on 3 levels: Bees 7/9 Boulevard Italy (lots 780 and 702): partial basement about 312 square meters, ground floor of about 620 square meters, 1st floor (attic) of about 640 square meters, 8 parking spaces (2nd basement) .The rented premises in the state are intended solely for the formerercise of a commercial activity aimed at boosting the neighborhood. The implementation of a restaurant, more generally an activity of mouth, a night establishment, a bar, a banking establishment or a liberal activity is prohibited (see synthesis sheet). The commercial lease will be nine years, automatically renewable.
