The main missions identified for this service relate to a restoration of the meal type at table and service caterers expected in the catering area dedicated to the president and the members of the management committee.
Basic services concern the management and operation of the Restoration presidency for the meridian break allowing lunch in a pleasant setting with an impeccable service in salons.
The basic services are as follows:
Reservations and planning management;
The supply of raw materials,
Inventory management,
There Realization of meals (making, dressage, etc.),
The organization of the room,
The layout of the tables,
Decoration,
The service,
Freeing,
THE storage,
Cleaning of all service and production areas,
And any other service necessary for the proper functioning of the restoration. The Holder systematically operates and closing the salons as well as their riddling.
Additional services are as follows:
