Restoration of the building of the Czechoslovak Army Military Academy Description: The building of the Basic School of the Czechoslovak Army consists of six parts (pavilions). The pavilions are one-, two- and three-story, the stress plastic is formed by waterproofing asphalt-modified belts. The building is partially basement. Windows and doors are mostly made of plastic with insulating double-glazed windows and partially made of wood. The perimeter plastic and roofs of the building are not insulated. The subject of the solution for the construction part of the building renovation is the insulation of the facade with a contact insulation system on the base mineral wool, waterproofing and insulation of all roofs, replacement of transparent window and door structures and insulation against ground moisture. The subject of the solution is also partial reconstruction of the interior spaces (some parts have already been reconstructed). The subject of improving the quality of the internal environment is also the solution of controlled air exchange. The subject of the electrical installation solution is the HR switchboard for the connection of decentralized recovery units, the protection of the building with a lightning rod, the assembly of photovoltaic panels, the replacement lamps, including electrical wiring.
