Tenders are invited for Resources Mobilisation Consultancy.
Objectives, Purpose & Expected results of the contract

This consultancy will help the office to:
· Build consensus internally on the priorities for donor/development partner engagement and resource mobilization for the new CP;

· Develop a Resource Mobilization Strategy that reflects this consensus and an Action Plan that details specific tasks, responsible persons and deadlines;

· Ensure Senior Management has several high-quality products that explain the new CP in a manner that resonates with local and international development partners;

Administrative issues

This call for proposals opens 5 September 2017 and remains open until 16 September. The contracting process will begin 21 September 2017. Interested candidates should submit their financial proposal along with the most recent CV/P11 to the HR Officer, Feruzakhon Ziyovuddin [email protected] on or before 16 September 2017.
Contractors selected for assignments must provide their own computers, database and GIS applications, communication devises, Internet connections, and workspaces. UNICEF will be unable to guarantee access to these resources during individual contracts, including during in-country travel.
Travel will be negotiated as required. Contractors will be responsible for their own bookings and travel to and from mission locations. In the event that travel to a project site is required for data collection and/or consensus building, UNICEF will facilitate this travel.
