A. THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT (LGU) OF DIPACULAO, AURORA, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites contractors to apply to bid for the following contracts:

d) Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) 163, 710.00
e) Contract Duration:30 C.D.
f) Cost of Bid Documents: P500.00
The significant times and deadline of procurement activities are shown below:
1. Issuance of bidding documents: October 17-October 21, 2019, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
3. Receipt of Bids, October 21, 2019, 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M.
4. Opening of Bids, October 21, 2019, 2:00 P.M.
The BAC will issue hand copies of quotations at the BAC LGU-Dipaculao, Aurora,
Prospective suppliers shall submit their duly accomplishment forms as specified in sealed envelopes to the BAC Chairman. Contract will be awarded to the lowest calculated responsive quotations as determined in the evaluation and the post qualification.
The LGU-DIPACULAO reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all quotations at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected suppliers.
