Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:Key responsibilities include:Infrastructure Handover: Conduct joint infrastructure assessments with the Division of Works and Technical Services (DoWTS) in East and West Sepik Provinces; prepare detailed assessment reports covering construction features, road lengths, structural components and related infrastructure for submission to DoWTS alongside the relevant MoU; support local engineers and consultants in preparing and mobilising the final phase of routine road maintenance by Community-based Road Maintenance Groups (CbRMGs); and provide targeted training to DoWTS staff on relevant guidelines and manuals to facilitate an effective handover.Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly progress reports for each road contract, covering achievements, major activities, employment/job creatio...
