With this request for information, the HUS Group is launching a market survey to support the preparation of a forthcoming procurement. The purpose of the prior information notice and this RFI is to identify suppliers active in the sector, map the solutions available on the market, and inform about the minimum requirements of the planned procurement. Instructions for responding to the RFI: The document attached to this notice, “Request for Information: Sample preparation system for flow cytometry”, sets out the minimum requirements for the sample preparation system subject to the procurement, as well as the contracting authority-s clarifying questions regarding the proposed solution and any related services. Suppliers must respond to each minimum requirement clearly with “Yes” or “No, ” and additionally provide a more detailed description of the solution and how the requirement is met. Suppliers must also respond to all other questions and items in the attached document and refer to the numbering used in the attachment in their responses. The RFI response must also indicate a contact person and email address for any potential bilateral market dialogues and requests for additional information. Brochures on the proposed solutions and services may be attached to the response. RFI responses must be submitted in Finnish or English by email to [email protected] no later than 9 April 2026.
