The Real Estate Board / Commission of Strata Corporations (REB/CSC) invites interested and qualified service providers to submit information on available Client Licensing and Relationship Management System (CLMS) solutions. The proposed system is intended to support the digital transformation and modernization of the REB/CSC-s client and stakeholder management processes, including licensing and registration, application processing, client records management, communication, relationship management, workflow automation, reporting and other related regulatory and operational functions. This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued to gather information on the capabilities, features, technical requirements, implementation approaches, support services and indicative costs associated with suitable solutions available in the market. The information received will assist the REB/CSC in understanding available options and informing the development of its requirements and any subsequent procurement process. Please note that this RFI is for information-gathering purposes only and does not constitute a commitment by the REB/CSC to undertake a procurement or award a contract.
