Request for information: Maintenance of artificial intelligence applications PROCUREMENT DESCRIPTION This is not a pre-announcement, a request for tenders, a procurement notice or an invitation to a negotiation procedure, and the publication of the announcement does not start a bidding process. Possible procurement notification and request for tender will be published later. The request for information does not oblige the procurement unit to carry out the actual procurement. This request for information is used to map the market and obtain information about the purchase when planning. In this information request, the City of Helsinki describes the needs for maintenance services for artificial intelligence applications. The city develops different types artificial intelligence applications, some of which end up in production and need maintenance. Application platforms and technical environments vary from case to case. Managed applications can be based on machine learning or optimization, or utilize large language patterns. The maintenance service provider considers the applications to be functional. Maintenance includes basic technical maintenance, including version updates of used libraries. As part of the maintenance service, the Supplier performs monitoring of the operation of the application and reporting.
