The aim of this request for information is to map up-to-date service models, technological solutions and cost structures on the market. Description and scope of the current situation Offices and users: 204 offices, 7, 866 staff members Equipment: Currently in use 752 printers, of which 423 multifunction devices, 326 printers and 3 large format printers Print volume: About 13, 365 000 pages per year (black/color ratio 77/23) Special needs: Secure printing (RFID/PIN exemption), scanning directly to cloud services, mobile printing support and Koha library card printing This is not a procurement notice or a request for tender, and the document does not bind the author or the respondent.
