PHARMAC invites proposals for the supply of Medical Thermometer Products to DHB hospitals in New Zealand ("DHBs").
This request for proposals (RFP) letter incorporates the following schedules:
A. Schedule 1 sets out the background to the RFP and the types of proposals sought;
A. Schedule 2 describes the process that PHARMAC expects to follow in relation to the RFP;
A. Schedule 3 specifies the information a Supplier needs to include with its proposals; and
A. Schedule 4 specifies the product details, specifications and pricing a Supplier needs to include with its proposals.
If you wish to submit a proposal, you must submit it to PHARMAC via the Government Electronic Tenders Services (GETS) no later than 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 23 March 2016.
