Description of the requirement:

UNICEF is considering establishing Long Term Agreements (LTA), for its acronym in English) for the provision of services in recording / editing videos, rental of audiovisual equipment and simultaneous translation equipment, in order to speed up the process and guaranteeTo obtain quality services to support the UNICEF Office Dominican Republic and in an Inter-Agency manner for the United Nations units in Santo Domingo.

Objectives, purpose and expected results:

The The objective is to prequalify companies to offer video recording services and audiovisual rentals, in very good quality, required by the United Nations regularly. UNICEF will establish acLong-term agreements (non-exclusive LTAs) with pre-qualified companies for a period of twenty-four (24) months with the possibility of an additional extension of twelve (12) months, based on satisfactory performance. The total duration of the agreement will be limited to a maximum of thirty-six (36) months. This long-term agreement must establish the terms and conditions for future contracts (purchase orders) in terms of delivery terms, caQuality and prices, according to what is indicated in the technical specifications for LOTS described in ANNEX 3.
