Description of the service: The purpose of this contract is to carry out the works for the reconstruction of the internal walls and the removal of the waterproofing material applied to the inner part of the cover of tanks 3 and 4 of the ETAP. In short the works to be executed are: • Demolition and removal of concrete block walls. Includes loading, transport and landfill fee.• Removal of the internal insulation of the tank cover, according to the ultra-high robotic hydrocleaning method pressure (UHP) (1, 200 bar), without chemicals. The removal of the waste generated and its management at an authorized center is included.• Protection of the inner part of the plates of the cover of the tanks. Once the waterproofing material is removed, will proceed to apply a coating to protect the concrete with a water-based epoxy type coating.• Construction of separating walls. Reconstruction with similar prefabricated blocks of dense concrete, grouted and plastered with mortar.• Final cleaning of the tank according to ATL's internal instructions. And subsequent disinfection by ATL. All products or materials in contact with water will comply with RD 3/2023 and internal instruction PPR-009 of ATL. The work will be carried out in each tank following the criteria of terms and priority marked by ATL operation, taking into account that one of the two tanks must always be in service.
