Purpose of the work: replacement of frames and renovation of the roof of the building hosting the Mental Health Service (SSM) and the School Health Promotion Center (CPSE) in Jodoigne. This work falls under the following CPV code: 45000000-7 - Construction works. Place of execution: Chaussée de Tirlemont, 89 at 1370 Jodoigne. Existing situation: The existing building (JOD_TIR 001_006) is on Ground Floor + 1 and has a total net surface area of ​​approximately 1, 023 m². It houses two services provincial, namely: the Mental Health Service (SSM) and the School Health Promotion Center (CPSE). The building, built in 1980, presents overheating problems during the summer period, both on the ground floor and on the first floor which is located under the attic. This overheating problem mainly impacts all premises facing south. On the ground floor, some frames have already been replaced and exterior blinds have been installed. On the first floor, the frames are double glazing but they date from 1980, which no longer allows them to ensure sufficient performance. Concerning the sloping roof, it rests on a wooden frame which is covered with a slate covering.
