The purpose of this tender is to conclude an agreement with two parties (one party for installation technical work and one party for construction work) who are able to provide the requested installation technical work during the project. and to deliver or take care of construction work. The purpose of this selection guide is to select a maximum of five candidates/tenderers per lot. The contracting authority then asks these candidates/tenderers in the award phase submit a registration in accordance with the registration guidelines. Installation work The following activities fall within the scope of the project: Installation technical: • Disconnecting and marking the technical installation to be demolished components • A new generation system (all-electric-ready) using an air-water heat pump • Replacing the central heating boilers • A delivery system using fan convectors while retaining the existing radiators • A balanced one ventilation system with energy recovery • Replacement of traditional lighting with LED lighting where this has not yet been replaced within the building • Adjustments to central hot water generation to clustered local facilities • Replacement of the fire alarm system • A new building management system • Installing an energy management system • Required electrical work including adjustments to the main distribution box • Disassemble and ...
