Please deliver or send your price quotation in hard copy of the attached Quotation Form in a sealed envelope with the name of this project, -œRepair of San Isidro Kia Ceres- on the outside, signed by an authorized representative of the supplier, to the address listed below. The offered price shall not exceed the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) of Three Hundred Eighteen Thousand Pesos (Php. 318, 000.00) and shall include all costs of completing the job descriptions. Offers received later than 9A.M. September 25, 2017 will not be considered. Submit to BFP Region VIII, Bids and Awards Committee, J. Romualdez and P. Paterno Sts., Tacloban City. Contract Duration is within Sixty (60) Calendar Days after dual signature of Job Order and receipt of Notice to Proceed. All quotations should be valid for sixty days from RFQ submission deadline. Prices shall be in Philippine Peso (Php).
