Description: The subject of this acquisition is an artificial intelligence solution (hereinafter referred to as ' chatbot ') based on commercial ready-made software or software, utilizing an understanding of natural language and semantics and context. The acquired chatbot solution must be able to automate customer-defined customer contacts, typically chat conversations on web pages, as well as electronic service paths described in more detail on a case-by-case basis, utilizing commonly used programming interfaces (APIs) for various data sources and systems. The solution must be easy to use in terms of maintaining the content to be defined there, so that service-specific content can be exported to artificial intelligence without programming skills.
