Repair of floors/areas epoxy
The Norwegian Water and Wastewater Agency (VAV) intends to enter into a framework agreement for the laying of a new epoxy coating, repair of existing floors, sanding, acrylic and epoxy repair at the agency's industrial facilities. As of now, no such agreement exists for the agency. The framework agreement includes mainly work at the facility at the Bekkelaget treatment plant, but will also be used for the facilities at Skullerud, Oset and the rest of the agency's facilities. There will also be a possibility that the new facility at Huseby will be able to use the agreement. For a more detailed overview of the framework agreement's content, see the appendix 1 requirement specification. The upper financial limit for the framework agreement is NOK 9, 600, 000 excl. VAT In case C-23/20, the Court of Justice of the European Union has stated that, in the case of framework agreements, the client must state an estimated quantity and/or value as well as a maximum quantity and/or value for withdrawals from the framework agreement. When the maximum limit is reached the starting point is that the framework agreement has exhausted its effect.
