Description : 1) The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines - Area 11 through the COB FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION NINETY-TWO THOUSAND TEN PESOS ONLY (₱ 6, 092, 010.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair and Upgrading of 30 sets Atrax Baggage Scales (NZ). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines - Area 11 now invites bids for Repair and Upgrading of 30 sets Atrax Baggage Scales (NZ) at Davao International Airport using the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid modality. Delivery of the Goods is required within 120 days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
