The Contract shall consist of motor rewind and replacement of various electrical and pumps at various TTC properties located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).A performance/test report shall accompany all repaired motors and coils. The performance report will include the following elements:i. Initial details on the condition of motor upon receiptii. A Condition Report providing an assessment of the condition of the motor after it has been disassembled and initially testediii. A Failure Report detailing findings on motors detailing the problems and probable route causesiv. Full repair detailsv. Results of all tests (mechanical and electrical) carried out during the repair including motor efficiency figures before and after refurbishment.Company shall dismantle, clean and inspect all motors. Motors are to be rewound, varnished impregnated and a baking treatment applied. Company shall perform an air-dry abrasion resistant finish prior to the assembly, testing and painting. Company shall perform all necessary machine work, balancing and supply all bearings, seals, and other parts.
