Tender Details

The object of the procurement is a textile rental service, which covers the rental of cleanroom work clothes and mops, washing, packaging as desired, sterilization, possible repairs and transport. The staff of the hospital pharmacy use cleanroom coveralls, hoods in the sterile medicine manufacturing facilities (class A/B) -shoe combination, -underwear and -socks (hereafter cleanroom workwear) when preparing sterile medicines in cleanrooms. Underwear and socks are also used as such when working in class C or D premises. and in the following appendices: - Tender form (Appendix 1) - Service description (Appendix 2) - Draft contract (Appendix 3) - General contract terms for public procurement, JYSE 2025 SERVICES (Appendix 4) - References (Appendix 5) The agreement enters into force on February 1, 2026 and is valid for two years. The subscriber has the right to extend the contract period with a total of two option years (1+1 years), which can be activated one or more years at a time.
