Rental and provision of connected refrigerators for collective catering for agents of the Val-de-Marne Department The purpose of this consultation is the rental, provision, daily restocking as well as maintenance of connected refrigerators with electronic payment system, accessible via a mobile application or a professional card equipped with MIFARE technology, intended for collective catering for agents of the Val-de-Marne Department. This service constitutes a complementary catering offer to the 4 administrative restaurants available for departmental staff. To date, departmental agents have access to six connected refrigerators spread over two central sites located in Créteil: the building Solidarities and the Hôtel du Département.. The services include: - the supply and installation of equipment; - food supply; - inventory management and expiration dates; - preventive maintenance and curative; - management of digital tools and payment methods; - reporting and activity monitoring services; - communication and animation actions with agents. The holder undertakes to organize animation actions with agents benefiting from the connected refrigerator system (see article 11.3 of the CCP).
