1. The subject of the contract is the rental of a machine for applying a graphene coating with the purchase option - on the terms and to the extent specified in the draft contract (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ), in the annexes to the draft contract, in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ.
2. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right tothe option covering the Purchaser's right to purchase the Subject of the contract after the end of the lease period on the terms set out in the draft contract (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ), in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of implementation is included in the draft contracty with attachments (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
