rental of coaches and mini buses with and without drivers
the contract is a single-attribute framework agreement, allocated as follows:
- lot 1: rental of coaches with drivers
- lot 2: rental of coaches with drivers for the needs of the City of Dugny during the International Air Show andspace 2023 and 2025
- lot 3: Rental of two coaches without drivers
- lot 4: Rental of minibuses
the contract is concluded for a period of one year firm from January 1, 2023 or from its date of notification if this is after January 1, 2023, and this for lots 1 and 4.
Itmay be renewed, by tacit agreement, for a period of one year, without its total duration exceeding 4 years.
Concerning lots 2 and 3, the contract is concluded for a period of 2 years from January 1, 2023, renewable once for a period of 2 by tacit agreement, without qthat its total duration cannot exceed 4 years
