1. The City Government of Toledo under the CMO-SPA; Joyful City Prog. (Joyful Wedding) Rent Exp. SB #01 AO#2024-001 - has appropriated the sum of NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php900, 000.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Rental of Bridal Gowns, Suit for Grooms, Veil, Cord and Shoes for Joyful Wedding 2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Toledo now invites bids for the Rental of Bridal Gowns, Suit for Grooms, Veil, Cord and Shoes for Joyful Wedding 2024. Delivery of goods is required (5) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO) and/or NTP.
3.
