Description : 1.0 The United Nations Verification Mission in Colombia (UNVMC) intends to solicit bids for the Rental of 99 Vehicles (4x4 Armoured & Conventional) including Repairs and Maintenance, Auto Body Repairs Services and Replacement of Tyres in accordance with the scope of work, general conditions and other related documents. The vehicles will be deployed throughout the Colombian territory in support of UNVMC which includes 11 regions and others . 1.1 The contract will be awarded to the proposer that clearly demonstrates through a written proposal and references a high degree of experience, ability, competency and best-practice in this services. 1.2 The awarded Contractor shall provide material, labour, tools, spare parts and equipment necessary for the repairs and maintenance services for the 99 rented vehicles as outlined in the Scope of Work (SOW). 2.0 The solicitation will be based on detailed Scope of Work (SOW), Technical Evaluation Criteria (Mandatory and Rated), Price Schedule, UN General Conditions of Contracts and other related documents which will be provided by UNVMC to all companies who respond to this EOI and qualify for the tender. 3.0 The requirements will include, but not limited to the following: a) Rental of 99 vehicles not older than 2015 make with maximum mileage between 60, 000 - 70, 000 kms per vehicle consisting of 4x4 WD armoured (Level III), 4x4 WD off road, SUV and Sedan (medium size). b) Provison of vehicle repairs and maintenance, auto body repairs service...
