Plot 1 - Temporary sludge dewatering service Genk WWTP Lot 2 - Temporary sludge dewatering service Houthalen The object of the contract is the delivery of a mobile (and therefore easily movable) sludge processing system based on a sludge dewatering centrifuge / decanter, further referred to in the specifications as sludge dewatering centrifuge. This makes it possible on a temporary basis to process sludge from household wastewater treatment throughout the year. The command exists two plots: Lot 1: the supply and rental of the following temporary sludge dewatering centrifuge at the Genk WWTP: This mobile installation includes at least: •One sludge dewatering centrifuge with associated electric board for operation and (automatic) control of the sludge dewatering centrifuge. The aim is a nominal throughput of at least 2000 kg dry matter/h. •One PE production and dosing installation (suitable for emulsion polymer) with associated raw PE dosing pump. Fed, guided and (automatically) operated by the same electrical board for operating and controlling the sludge dewatering centrifuge. •A sludge loading system (augers) to remove the sludge from the mobile installation. •Required feed pump •Swivel arm or equivalent regarding distribute sludge among containers These machines with peripheral equipment are set up, connected and electrically connected in the same mobile solution provided for this purpose.
