1. Payment:
Payment will be done according to the Department of State regulations (Purchase Order with Net 30
payment term (bank electronic wire transfer) after the delivery of service to the embassy first-hand and
submitting a valid invoice).
2. Quotation:
2.1. Quoting/payment currency for overseas vendors will be inUSD.
2.2. Quoting/payment currency for Local vendors will be in EGP.
2.3. Technical crane certificates sheet to be provided with the quotation (if available).
2.4. Quotation deadline is December 17, 2023 - 2:00 PM (C.L.T.)
2.5. Embassy is exempted from VAT and any state tax.
2.6. Quotations to be sent to [email protected]
2.7. Due to NDAA policy update, please confirm that you do NOT provide, or use prohibited (covered)
telecom equipment or service. Covered or Prohibited technologies are telecommunications equipment
or services includes all telecommunications equipment or services produced and provided by Huawei
Technologies Company or ZTE Corporation, and video surveillance and telecommunications equipment or
services produced and provided by Hytera Communications Corporation, Hangzhou Hikvision Digital
Technology Company, or Dahua Technology Company, or any subsidiaries or affiliates of the five entities.
