The subject of the order are construction works as part of the task "Renovation works at KRUS Field Facilities in Limanowa, Nowy Sącz and Sucha Beskidzka" divided into 3 parts.The Ordering Party divides the order into 3 parts, and thus the Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. Part one: renovation works at the KRUS Field Branch in Limanowa: 1) Renovation of sanitary rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor of the building: a) dismantling of existing equipment (shells, washbasins, tiles, etc.), b) modification water installation of washbasins for installing faucets on washbasins (4 rooms), c) heating in sanitary rooms (two rooms) on the second floor of the building, d) preparation of installation and installation of a hot water heater in the toilet on the second floor (two rooms) rooms), e) laying ceramic tiles on the floor and walls up to a height of 2 meters, f) puttying and painting the remaining parts of the walls and ceilings, g) "white assembly" bidet (instead of a urinal), washbasins, toilet bowls (suspended), mirrors, paper containers toilet and towels, lighting, etc., h) replacing switches and electrical sockets with new ones.2) Repairing the cover of the absorbent well.3) Repairing the downpipe (gutter).4) Painting the office rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor of the building:a) removing cracks and peeling paint, b) puttying walls, c) painting walls and ceilings in one color, d) painting door and window joinery (on both sides), e) color to be agreed upon after signing the contract.
