Works comprise of but not limited to renovation of venting and cooling system, upgrading the central chillers, water pumps, building automation, hydronic distribution and electrical installation, including works ae specified.
A valid Tax Compliance Certificate or Tax Compliance Letter (TCCITCL) + A valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) Registration Certificate in the category of Heating. Ventilation, ‘Air Conditioning and Refrigeration ~ Grade
