The subject of the order is the performance of renovation and construction works as part of the second stage of the task entitled: Renovation of the roof, roof and chimneys in the School Complex No. 1. Jerzy Zitek, at ul. Staszica 2 in Katowice. The works concern the reconstruction and renovation of part of the wooden house roof and roof with roofing felt and sheet metal flashings on building A (historic part). The main scope of the order includes in particular: 1. Renovation and strengthening of the roof truss structure: replacement of fragments of wooden elements (beams, purlins, walls, replacements, swords), strengthening the purlins with a steel structure and wooden elements, as well as filling cracks in the wood with two-component polyurethane resins.2. Protection of wooden structures and board sheathing: surface cleaning, protection with agents antibiological (antifungal and anti-insect) and fire protection (wooden elements with swelling paints up to fire resistance class R 30, board sheathing at the bottom up to NRO class).3.
