Renovation of residential premises no. 7 with an area of 16.00 m2, located in a multi-family residential building at the address Warsaw, ul. Wolska 90, plot no. possibly 14/2, precinct 6-07-05, M. St. Warsaw, remaining in ZWRSP Description of the subject of the order: On the premises residential address: Warszawa, ul. Wolska 90 m. 7, the following should be performed: - replacing the bathroom door with a classic one with ventilation holes along with the door frame - replacing the current floor covering with ceramic tiles (aka wood) plus a plinth in the bathroom and vinyl panels in the room with skirting boards and thresholds - Suspended ceilings made of plasterboard at a height such as to compensate for rounding in the corners between the walls and the ceiling - Filling the gaps in the walls, reinforcing mesh on the cracks and positioning gypsum plaster necessary - modification of the plumbing (cold/hot water incoming and outgoing) to adapt to the new white installation in the bathroom and kitchenette - installation of a closing valve and water meter in the bathroom and a closing valve in the kitchenette kitchen - removal of the gas pipe and its protection (plug) right behind the entrance to the premises - removal of the gas furnace and the entire central heating installation (pipes, radiators) - the stove remains in KOWR - location of the electrical installation for electric radiators, thermal bath electric and induction cooker with a fuse box so that it does not interfere with built-in furniture (entrance doors) - installation of new switches and electrical sockets (increase the number of sockets) - painting walls and ceilings in different colors white - replacement of nate ventilation grilles with a mesh against access of vermin - replacement of window sills in the room and bathroom with white plastic ones (can be covered) - installation of day/night blinds in both windows...
