Quotation are invited for Renovation of Omaruru Sub-Office
1.1 Paint coated mild steel gate size: 5400 x 2100mm high overall, formed of 40 x 40 x 3mm mild steel hollow section frame around and two horizontal intermediate rails and filled in with and including 20 x 20 x 2mm hollow section vertical bars at approximately 70mm centres passed through and welded to the intermediate rail, in single leave with 600mm long 45° overhang with barbed wire and covered with 50mm galvanised diamond wire mesh as for fencing and with suitable eye-bolt hinges and 30mm long galvanised drop bolts fixed in position complete with ground rail cast in concrete, rollers, guides, stainless steel pad lock, chain 1 No.

2.5 Replace clear window Glass panels size: 850mm x 440mm x 4mm 4 mm

2.6 Burglar bars of 10mm diameter mild steel solid bars to brick pattern with the vertical bars at 100mm centres and the horizontal bars at 200mm centres welded on. 50 kg

2.7 Clean down, prepared and apply one coat gloss enamel paint on burglar bars (both sides measured flat) 2 m2

2.8 Clean down and prepare and one coat sealer and two coats marble plaster textured paint coating on external smooth plastered, painted walls 48 m2

3.1 Excavation in earth not exceeding lm deep: trenches 0.89 m3

Quotations should be deposited in the Quotation Box located at Erongo Regional Council, Head Office at Reception not later than 26 OCTOBER 2022 at 11.00 am. Quotations by post or hand delivered should reach Erongo Regional Council, Private Bag 5019, Swakopmund by the same date and time at latest. Late quotations will be rejected. Quotations received by e-mail will not be considered. Mark the Procurement Reference number and closing date and time on top of your scaled envelope.
