The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting in the general renovation of the cloakroom complex (usable area of approx. 135 m2 and volume of approx. 480 m3) located in the northern wing of the building of the Primary School. Janusz Kusociski w Cieszków, ul. Grunwaldzka 3 56-330 Cieszkw. The complex consists of 4 locker rooms and internal sanitary facilities. The main goal of the investment is to adapt locker room No. 1 (together with a dedicated toilet and shower) to the needs of disabled people and provide a comprehensive renovation of the remaining rooms in order to improve the functional layout and technical condition. The detailed scope of works includes in particular: demolition and masonry works (including the separation of new rooms and system cabins), execution of new insulation, screeds and anti-slip terracotta floors, puttying, painting walls and ceilings and laying tiles, replacing internal door joinery, reconstruction of the water and sewage system with replacement of white fittings, modernization of the central heating installation.
