Tender Details

1. Renovation of 51 balconies/terraces: - dismantling stoneware tiles, - dismantling the existing screed, - dismantling sheet metal flashings, - dismantling insulation made of roofing felt and polystyrene - preparation of the substrate, - rounding the joint between the balcony slab and the walls, - priming the prepared 2x reinforced concrete slab of the balcony at the point of contact with the walls, cement mortar, - laying modified SBS thermal weldable felt with lining on the wall, laying insulation - laying pressure screed reinforced with mesh and expansion joints (B15), making the correct slope, - execution flashings made of coated steel sheets, - waterproofing made of overlapped PE foil or laying two-component insulation, - laying frost-resistant stoneware and plinths on the wall, - removal and disposal of demolition debris.2. Repairs are included in the price thin-layer plasters on the bottoms or sides of balconies, as well as painting balustrades.3. The balcony renovation will be carried out using external scaffolding after the tenant has made the work area available and cleared. Access to the balcony should be agreed between the Contractor and the tenant before starting work.
