Comprehensive renovation of the cold and freezer rooms of the west wing of the main building of the research station of the Archipelago Sea Research Institute located on the Seili island of the University of Turku: renovation plan, renewal/relocation of machinery, floor modification work and resurfacing, including:• asbestos surveying and other pre-work survey work incl. the number of machines to be renewed. The tenderer prepares a renovation plan, which aims to make use of the existing refrigeration/freezer equipment as far as possible and renewal of machinery is carried out in the necessary parts.• dismantling of old machinery and elements, removal and recycling of accessories and waste generated during demolition• delivery and installation of new machinery, elements and accessories in working order and use guidance, consideration of lighting• demolition, coating, electrical, drainage and other modification work resulting from renewal• connection of systems to existing Danfoss/Celsicom alarm systems• installation of bushings and outdoor units, modification work and supplies• transfer and modification of the existing cooling system from the basement to the connection to other outdoor units, including supplies• organization of temporary storage systems for research samples in freezer rooms: delivery, installation, alarm systems, transfer of samples, unloading and transport.
