Ladies and Gentlemen, on behalf of Holcim Polska S.A. zapraszam do złożenia oferty cenowej na kompleksowe wykonanie prac remontowo-budowlanych obejmujących pomieszczenia biurowych oraz na korytarzu w lokalizacji Małogoszcz.Przedmiotem postępowania jest realizacja general construction, finishing and installation works divided into indicated areas: Logistics room: Disassembly of doors, Demolition of the partition wall (dimensions: 7 m x 2.35 m), Disassembly and disposal of old carpet (area: 40 m²) Dismantling air conditioning (1 pc.) Construction of a self-leveling floor screed (40 m²) Construction of a new partition wall made of plasterboards with mineral wool filling Installation of doors Installation of a suspended Armstrong-type coffered ceiling (14 m²) Priming and painting of walls and ceiling in the color indicated by the Ordering Party (135 m²) Reinstallation of air conditioning Laying a new carpet (40 m²) with the installation of wall strips Comprehensive electrical works Room 111 Dismantling and disposal of the old carpet (14 m²) Preparation of screed self-leveling floor (14 m²) Laying a new carpet (14 m²) Removing old wallpaper (10.32 m²) Filling (approx. 50% of the wall surface) Priming and painting walls (41 m²) Painting a decorative vertical strip in a dark color Installing strips floor coverings (white, with the possibility of subsequent painting) - 15 m.
