The detailed scope of work and technical parameters of the device have been determined below. Subject of the Order We invite you to submit a price offer for: Renovation of the AIRPOL K5 screw compressor for CEMENERGY Sp. z o. o. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order The full scope of work includes the main overhaul and inspection of the screw compressor AIRPOL K5 (year of production: 2018, efficiency: 59 m³/h, overpressure: 8 bar, weight: 360 kg, serial number: S08850518, power: 5.5 kW). The contractor is obliged to estimate and carry out the following activities: Regeneration of the prestressing element (replacement of bearings, springs pressure rings, o-rings). Replacing the main seal. Replacing the main shaft sleeve. Adjustment of the axial play of the rotors and balancing of the rotors. Replacing the main engine bearings (the scope does not include bushings in case of damage to the lids). Replacing oil hoses and air hoses. Replacing drive belts. Replacing the suction pipe between the air filter and the intake valve. Replacing the intake valve. Comprehensive replacement of consumables: oil, air filter, oil filter, oil separator element, valve element thermostatic.
