DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Renovation of B-17002 is Design Bid Build to renovate the existing Passenger (PAX) Terminal, B17002 located on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The work includes demolition and construction for exterior and interior renovation of an existing passenger terminal and two Options. Option 1 is to provide new temporary facility for passenger terminal; Option 2 is to provide all costs and labor for purchasing, shipping, and installing the Baggage Handling Equipment (BHE).
