Description of goods and services: Remote financial audit services of programs and projects that are implemented in a Regional office based in Panama, and preferably that include the following countries Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Venezuela, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti . Considering the guidelines of donors such as USAID, ECHO, UNICEF, NMFA, NORAD, UNHCR, USDA, among others, taking into account the formats, times and technicalities of each one.
