Tender Details

Sarastia Oy's procurement services is requesting your offer for the remote care service (Solution) in accordance with the tender documents.

The object of the procurement is the remote care solution ("Solution") to be used by the Client, which enables Professionals to manage one-on-one video meetings and small group video meetingssia with the Subscriber's Customers. The solution must include the System, Devices and Services. A more detailed description of the requirements set for the service can be found in the tender documents.

The procurement has not been divided into parts. The acquisition includes a remote care service (remote care equipment) and support for coping at homepurchase of n additional devices (as an option) both for the use of elderly people and for the use of clients of intellectual disability services/disability services. It is also possible to support other customer groups, such as those undergoing mental health rehabilitation at home, with the help of procurement.

The contract period is 3 2 1 years. Contract period startsa at the earliest after the procurement decision becomes law.

The supplier with the most points in the bid comparison meeting the suitability requirements will be selected as the contract supplier.

The procurement unit has the right to check the information provided by the bidder in the tender documents before making the procurement decision. If athe information provided is not correct, the offer will be rejected.

All entities involved in the procurement (Subscribers) are listed in Appendix 1 of the request for tenders.
