The Department of Environment and Science through its Queensland Parks and Wildlife is investigating through an Expression of Interest, potential alternative power solutions to maximise current renewable energy innovation and/or opportunities (including, but not limited to geothermal, solar, wind, hydro, bio or hybrid energy systems) to reduce carbon emissions, reduce greenhouse gases, increase asset sustainability, and to address current RAPS facility management inconsistencies and inefficiencies.
