SOW includes, but not limited to, the following:• Mould remediation at residences 1 - 4 following sewer backup• Remediate drywall and plywood within basement mechanical rooms• An electrician, oil burner mechanic and mechanical engineer will need to be present to assist with the work so the remediation contractor can access the walls• Remove and put back 2 oil storage tanks to access the walls - located house 2 & 4• Provide IAQ report following repair workAll disruptive work (including but not limited to, noise, dust, equipment shutdown, hazmat abatement, etc.) must be scheduled around the tenant-s schedule to minimize disruption to daily living. Depending on tenants work schedule this may require after hours or weekend work. We will request they work the day shift during construction, but this is not guaranteed.Please refer to Attachment 4 - List of Specifications and Drawings for full detailed SOW information
