Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : The Bidder must be submitted up to date Trade license, Income Tax Certificate, BIN Certifate.General Experience: The Bidder/Tenderer must have at least minimum 3 years of working experience in Petroleum/ Fertilizer or equivalent sector for inspection works.Specific Experience: The Bidder/Tenderer must have experience in Inspection and RLA/FFS project under public/ Petroleum/ Fertilizer or equivalent sector and shall have international accreditation/ license/ authorization for engineering inspection and in service verification form ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent of at least one contact in the last 5 years each with a value at least 30.0 lakh. Average Annual Turnover: Greater than Tk. 30.0 Lakh over the Three (03) Years in the last Five (05) financial year.Availability of Minimum Financial Resources: The Bidder/Tenderer must have liquid assets or working capital or credit line or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them of the tenderers shall be Tk. 10.00Lakh.The minimum Tender Capacity: Tk. 32.00 Lakh.Tenderers shall have Licence from Bangladesh Atomic Energy Regulatory Authority (BAERA) for execution of Radiography Works or API 620 certificate and experience in cryogenic storage tank inspection.Years counting backward from the date of IFT in the newspaper.Manpower and Eqient list as per TDS.
