The Cebu Port Authority, through the 2024 CPA Corporate Budget, intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Seven Million Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Four Pesos and 89/100 (PhP 37, 220, 384.89) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Secondary Fence, Gates and Provision of Solar Lighting System at Berths 7-30, Cebu Baseport with CPA Project ID No. 2024-13-IN (RM). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
