Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of New Grounds Primary School
The Basic Needs Trust Fund Office (BNTFO) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Rehabilitation of New Grounds Primary School. The works include the following:
i. General refurbishment and upgrade of the School and its environs, inclusive of but not limited

to:

a. Internal and External repainting of School and its environs.

b. Installation and upgrading of rainwater goods.

c. Refurbishment and/or upgrading of classrooms, including moving screens.

d. Refurbishment and/or upgrading of external and internal walls.

e. Refurbishment and/or upgrading of windows and doors.

f. Refurbishment and/or upgrading of roof system, including sheeting and eaves.

ii. Refurbishment and upgrading all toilet facilities, inclusive of sanitary wares, electrical and

plumbing.

iii. Refurbishment and upgrading School Kitchen approximately 23â€² x 20â€², inclusive of installation

of a solar water heater.

iv. Refurbishment and upgrading of school grounds, inclusive of fencing and internal drainage.

v. Reconstruction of water fountain.
Bidding Documents may be obtained by eligible bidders from the first address below for a nonrefundable fee of $100.00 (XCD).
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of $2, 000.00 (XCD). The security instrument (cheque or bond) shall be made in the name of the Accountant General.
