Scope of Works1. STRENGTHENING LOCAL CAPACITATES FOR RESILIENCE AND RECOVERY – SLCRR project The project “Recovery, Stability and Socio-economic Development in Libya, Phase 2 (RSSD II) – Baladiyati” (within UNDP’s Strengthening Local Capacities for Resilience and Recovery) is funded by the “the European Union Emergency Trust Fund for stability and addressing root causes of irregular migration and displaced persons in Africa”. It is implemented jointly with AICS and UNICEF aiming at supporting local authorities in Libya to respond to the many conflicts and human mobility induced challenges that negatively impact people’s access to essential services, sustainable livelihoods, social cohesion, and community security.
