Invitation to BID for the Rehabilitation / Major Repair of Permanent Bridges, Tabbug Bridge (B00545LZ) along Manila North Road, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte
1. The DPWH-Regional Office I, through CY 2016 DPWH Infra Program intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Thirty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Seventy One Pesos and Forty One Centavos (Php2, 837, 271.41) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation / Major Repair of Permanent Bridges, Tabbug Bridge (B00545LZ) along Manila North Road, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte with Contract ID No. 16A00120. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DPWH-Regional Office I now invites bids for the 1. Provision of Asphaltic Plug Joint at Abutment Joints; 2. Increasing of Bridge Seat width @ Abutments; 3. Provision of Additional Bearing (Elastomeric Bearing Pad); 4. Provision of Metal Beam Guardrail including Concrete Post. Completion of the Works is Sixty Two calendar days excluding unworkable days. Bidders must have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the -A"Government Procurement Reform Act-A
