1. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte through the RA 7171-LBM 91 intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE PESOS & 11/100 (P 9, 999, 981.11) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PIN2025-090. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
